A diaper drive can be a one-time event or last
over a designated period of time. Some ideas:
- ask guests you're inviting to a birthday party or baby shower to bring a package of diapers with them
- make a package of diapers the "entrance fee" to an event
- have everyone in your club bring a package of diapers with them to every monthly meeting
- have office potlucks for birthdays and holidays and have everyone bring diapers to the events
- having an "over the hill"-type birthday party? ask friends to bring adult incontinence supplies instead of the usual gag gift
- set a goal to collect a certain number by a certain date and recruit everyone you know to help; at work, make it an inter-departmental competition with the winning group earning free lunch or an afternoon off
Diaper Drive donations are critical to building and maintaining the available supply of diapers the Diaper Bank has to distribute to partner agencies. Please consider conducting a Diaper Drive to support the DADB!
Highest need sizes:
4,5,6 & Pull-Ups
The Diaper Bank can supply a playpen for you to collect the diapers upon request.
A fun and easy way your organization, company, club, school or place of worship can help the Diaper Bank is to hold a Diaper Drive.
No matter the how, when or where, please let us know that you are interested in running a Drive and what we can do to help. We will list your diaper drive on this page and publicize it through Facebook and Twitter. Some sample flyers and signs are below that you can download to help with your own publicity and we will be happy to pick up the diapers at the end of your drive.
